How to Use

1. Start with clean eyelids. If you’ve applied skincare, allow it to fully absorb. Blot excess moisturizer on lids so the primer can grip properly.

2. Gently pat eye primer onto clean eyelid with your fingertip to create a smooth canvas for makeup.

3. Allow Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer to dry for 30 seconds.

4. Continue with your makeup look by applying your favorite e.l.f. eyeshadows.
